Yes
Was at the Hull Ink Tattoo Convention (organised by my son) on sunday, he had arranged for a band for the day ... The P45's ....... So it gave me an opportunity to try something new, trying the higher ISO of my Pentax K5, and shooting a band............ Certainly better than my K7.

All shot at ISO 8000 or 10000 .......... Pentax K5
Sigma 70-200 2.8

Thank you for looking, comments appreciated.

Dave ....

Your camera has certainly done well at such high ISO levels - in images this size, any grain is barely noticeable.

I much prefer shots #1 and #2 - they feel more intimate and more about the musician because of the closer crop. The B&W also works very well. I think the other shots have a bit too much space around them - but I'm undecided about the one with the drummer.

#1 & #2 are timeless classics, though :)

I agree about #1 + #2, they are about the best of a big bunch, I do have quite a few others along similar lines, some as good, some not quite so  ......... Still enjoyed myself immensely taking them though.
Many thanks for taking the time to comment, really appreciated.
