It was, quite frankly, awesome. The cars ranged from Baby Bertha, the DAF V8 & Mick Hill's completely barking mad VW Chevy to Pete Stevens Thundersaloons Vauxhall Carlton (which I believe hasnt run in anger for many years), the "Stars & Stripes" Opel Manta, several Imp/ Stilleto Special Saloons, a couple of Skoda coupe clones, a Mini driven by Pete Baldwin (rebuilt to replicate his old car colour scheme), a bonkers Reliant Kitten Rover V8 (which the owner, a serving RAF Officer, had driven 11 hours from Inverness to get there, just to be part of the day!!!), a motorbike engined Fiat 500, a couple of Lotus Elan modsports cars, a couple of Mk1 escorts, a Mk2 escort BDG and so many more. I think the ex Stewart Tyrrell matra & ex Sheckter Wolf WR1 F1 cars that were also testing were a bit overshadowed!.
