Nice shot - good spot, and good lighting.
Just a few minor things:
1) the dof is too shallow IMO - the clip isn't all in focus, and given how far away the (very good) background is, couldn't you have gone a little deeper?
2) personal pet peeve - too central - if you could have just pushed it to the bottom left corner, I think the image would've balanced much better on the eye.
That said, good shot, and well spotted.
