TP 52 The Malvern Meet photographs

That turned out far better than mine Andy, probably because I was just thinking about food and warmth by that stage!

Here's a few of mine. Although this is in the photos for pleasure section, I would like crit if you have any :)

Great images so far guy's......

Mark...you wanted some feedback ?... Tewkesbury Abbey , think there might be some more detail to be pulled from the shadows but I like the shot

Sheep...love the sun coming through the tree , the shadows & blue sky....fence on the left niggles a bit
Invasion of the glow crabs....corker (y)

Tree....think this could be a fab shot , just needs ...something...not quite sure what though...slightly brighter ?

Hot Woman.....

Cheers Lynne, thanks for the feedback :) I agree re the Abbey, but actually quite like it with the darker feel. And yes "Tree" does need something! Like you, I'm unsure what, but will have another play!

Do you want crit on yours? I'm sitting here pen poised, but won't give any in this section unless people want it :)

Not too worried about crit but fire away...I've got broad shoulders :D

I asked the question in the forum section about a section for meet picture threads & the general consensus is to just post up in the relevant section if crit is required ie landscape in landscape sections.....Title the thread " 52's Malvern Meet Landscapes ( or whatever it may be) & get all who attended to post their shots in it & wait for the crit to roll in :D

Some great images there folks

Some great pictures everyone.

Here's a few of mine, now I've eventually got around to sorting them.

Tewkesbury Abbey, with a little bit of HDR.

I've more on my flickr if you're interested, you can see the set here

Some crackers there....wish I was...there, that is :crying:

I'll only give crit on Mark's as only he asked for it (and he does need it ;))

Hi, Mark:

1. well composed and nice detail in the sky. Tree's a tad close to the top of the frame and it looks a tad grey.

2. nice domes there. Looks a tad noisy and green

3. absolute cracker this. It's almost like the sparks are hitting the camera...hang on, they were

4. nice one. More even lighting would take it up a level.

5. This one stands out. Well spotted..or was it PP? I feel a closer crop would help isolate the figure.

6. Very well composed and the verticals have been handed very well. Id like to see the bottom of the thing at the bottom :D, possible WB issue?

7. Imagine what a good focus would look like.

8. Nice pano. Bit more contrast, maybe and the farm  is a tad lost.

9. weakest of the set. can't really make out much detail.

10. not as strong as the others. Not keen on the cropped church.

11. Like this. Well handled sun and nice lines.

12. Like this as well. Nicely composed and the light is gorgeous.

Good set (y)
