Hi all,
I've just come back from a wonderful week in New York, and wanted to share some of my photos with you all.
I thought a single thread that I can keep adding to would be the best way, and I'll try and give a brief summary to each shot.
There's absolutely loads of photos for me to sort through, so bare with me.
Some of these are in my 365 thread, so apologies if you've seen them.
The full set on flickr can be found here.
I'd recommend heading over there to see some of them on black.
I'll start with a marmite shot, and one which I think has to be done!

This is Bow Bridge, in Central Park. It has been featured in many films, and has lots of marriage proposals on it.

This is one of my favourites so far, and one that I wanted to make a bit different to all the wide angle shots trying to get the whole Terminal into the shot, by focussing on the ticket booth.

After eating at TGI Fridays, I walked outside and saw the low cloud around the top of the Empire State Building. I had no tripod so this one is handheld. I think the street leading in really shows the true New York.

A soft white vignette was used here to give the memorial for John Lennon a smoother appearance at the edges.

This was taken looking up from the Brooklyn Bridge, I really liked how the massive amount of wires led to and from the brickwork, and how symmetrical it is.
