Just thought id stick this up here as i was pretty impressed with it.

Was taken with a k850i and im really surprised by the quality of it. The colour seems a little off though, the front is ok but towards the tank and the tail it seems like theres too much red? it should be the same orange as the front.

I think it's called 'Red-Shift'. Like, how they tell if stars are moving away, or towards Earth. You should try going slower our kid! :wave:

Seriously, it is an impressive shot for a phone-cam. I like the low angle too. And I wouldn't mind a go on the bike, come to think.

With regard to the 'red-Shift'...
I have noticed this effect at Formula One on the Telly. Sometimes the Ferraris look different shades of red depending on whether they are moving toward or away from the camera.

Maybe it really is the 'doppler-effect', in colours!

cheers for info i was quite surprised by the shot the phone took myself!!!

I may be wrong but i think red shift is to do with light bending over immense distances, 100's of light years sort of scale lol.

Might try a few more shots with it and see if it s re-occuring problem

It's a good shot full stop, good composition and framing and perfect exposure!

The fact it's from a phone? Amazing!
