A shot of the Bridge o' Feugh. No Salmon jumping when I was there. Not sure about the composition, I think I would've like to have seen more of the water at the bottom of the shot?? C&C please.

I like it, lovely colours. If there were more water at the bottom it may unbalance the photo a bit, maybe.

ah the Feugh, i know it well, when was this taken? i agree with you about the lack of water on the right hand side,
but the colours are great and the water movement is perfect, not to still and not too silky.

Hi Chris. This was taken about 10 days ago. I got down onto the river bank and got some other shots but I'm just not happy with them.

LIke this caught the water well and the river leads you back to rest of picture Scotland in this season beautiful with the colours .

I always think the milky water effect works best when the water is milky. And is best 'frozen' with a higher shutterspeed if it's a bit of a browny colour.

Regarding composition, I think the issue is that you have a 'V' shape, and really need a '^' shape with the water. As it stands, my eye is drawn down to the bottom of the image, rather than into it.
