If it's f1.7 then it is. The f1.4 version costs much more - even used.

Panasonic 25mm 1.7 now selling at it's lowest price of £99 at Amazon and John Lewis. I've managed to refrain from purchasing at the moment as I'm still split over this or the 25mm 1.4.

Thanks. The hdr look is achieved by shadows +100, highlights -100 and then adjusting the blacks/whites. Was watching some youtube vids by Serge Ramelli (not sure on spelling). I'll upload a pic this evening.
