well ive went to the police but they havent gone round yet for me...they are doing some checks and stuff first but i know the police have been round there about one of the other neighbours that have complained about another website about horriable things she was putting about her child and...

i was going to but then whats the point,if she lied about having a camera in the first place to the police,she can just lie again.

the police didnt know they wasnt to sure,thats why i came on here to ask yous about it

i dont have a problem with my neighbour,i dont know her,she only lived there since july last year and i keep myself to myself....i only thought about asking here because you are photographers and you know the rules about taking photos of children never ment to cause any upset or world war 3 lol...

how did it get onto cctv cameras????? the photo was taken with a digital camera as in her diary she brought it for her self for her birthday. this would b great if you could benx123 or even point me in the right direction

im sure its wrong taking a picture of children without a parents permission but the laws are always changing.ive tried searching but it doesnt really give out any help

the kids dont do nothing to her and wasnt doing anything this is why we are worried.the kids normaly play at the bottom and she lives at the top if you know what i mean, apart from mine they just play on my drive. the police have seen the site and photos of children and told them everything...

i dont know what they are used for (thats whats worring me) but some are on a website thats kind of like an online diary thing dated back way before august 08....and some of the comments she has put on with them about the other children is worrying like she would like to kill the little...

she got a fright? seeing my kids plastered on the net gave me a flipping fright,but thanks alot for the input the police have been informed by a number of parents and me about the same thing.i was just wanting some info about rights in stuff thanks for the help
