I shot a wedding over here in Germany last week and had the opportunity to mix a little off camera flash with subject and sunset.
I would like if possible opinions on whether this style works for you or not

So I've finally got around into trying a bit of Macro photography. Taken using a reversing ring on my 70-200 F4, Speedlight on 1/4 power with home made diffuser. 1/600th of a second. 5 images in total stacked in CS4. I'm fairly happy with my first attempt.

I see what you're saying Andy but the eyes haven't been whitened or sharpened any more than the rest of the shot. This girls eyes are simply crazy. Most amazing eyes I've ever photographed.
Haven't posted anything for a long while so I thought I'd take the time to place a recent shot on here.

Ok here goes.
Both shots were basically the same set up.
One thing I didn't want was a fairly "flat" image by using just the one Strobe.
The 2 side strobe were mainly used as catch lights for the hair. Reflector to soften the chin line.
