Sounds good! I like SD cards as they are almost ubiquitous. I have had to but a CF Express card for my new camera, which also means I either need a suitable card reader, rather than just shoving the SD card into my laptop.

It also depends on what else you are doing - for instance do you need to be carrying other kit because you are out on a hike. My preference for rucksacks are ones with a padded section for camera kit and space for other things. I prefer this over a padded insert in a normal rucksack because I...

The Canon RF kit does look really good, but the native lenses are so expensive, with not third party options available.

I think it depends on your learning type, and the quality of the course. I found it beneficial when I did a course, but that was in 2008, before YouTube had got big etc.
