    Thanks for the advice. Here is another go at it. I dropped exposure, upped shadows, and dropped highlights. I'm not sure if it is much of an improvement. :( Perhaps I should stay away from water coated items until I get a bit more experience under my belt.

    Thank you to everyone for the warm welcome. I am really enjoying the forum. So far I have seen some wonderful photos, and found some great advice. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to check out after a long day of work.
