    Sigma 10-20mm or ?

I don't need the money, I just think camera equipment is similar to musical instruments, they should be used not looked at . As for what I can't do with what I have... possibly macro?

    Sigma 10-20mm or ?

I us my 35mm I would say 90% of the time to be honest. The 18-35 is food for thought though. Thank you

    Sigma 10-20mm or ?

Yeah, I think I have. I like to do a lot of abstract, still life, buildings. I quite often go out with just one lens, I might try the sigma and see if I can fall in love with.

    Sigma 10-20mm or ?

Hello, I have a what would you do question. I have the sigma 10-20mm lens for my Nikon but it just isn't getting used and I'm considering letting it go. I currently have the 18-70mm, 70-300mm, 35mm and 50mm as well as the 10-20mm. Would you let it go and buy something else? What would you buy...

    Walking boots...

I wear brasher walking boots, they are a little pricey but they last, they are warm, and comfy. Try somewhere like go camping, they are really helpful and stock many brands.

Beginner I'm not 'technically minded'... HELP!

My grandfather gave me his film camera as a teenager and basically explained, aperture, shutter speed and ISO. I got by with that information and the more photos I took the more I understood. You tube is a good starting point and if you don't understand ask here, people like to pass on their...

Beginner Do I really Need a 50mm prime???

I would say use the kit lens at 50mm for a week then 35mm for a week and see which you prefer. I own them both, I tend to use the 35mm indoors as it's a little wider and the 50mm out and about. Which ever one you decide on I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. The quality is very noticeable...

    DSLR CAMERA ADVICE NEEDED

If you want a dslr and still use your lens/lenses from the d3100 then d3300/3400 d5500/5600 would be good. OR a decent point and shoot would probably suffice for website images.

Peak Design bags. Am i the only one that thinks Emperors new clothes?

I don't like them either, they have a "clam shell " look to them. As much as I loved A Little Mermaid as a child I don't fancy walking round town looking like her

Beginner Quality between entry level and advanced cameras.

That sounds like the right thing to do. I don't have a lot of equipment but what I do have has been researched and saved up for, and I think it makes me respect it more.

Beginner Wow am a noooob at this and need help.

I bought this and quickly traded for the 70-300 vr, the 55-300 does the job but not as well as the 70-300. I'd recommend the sigma10-20mm I love mine and also for the family shots a 35mm.

Beginner Ordered a Nikon D3300 instead of D5300

I had the d3300 before my current camera and loved it paired with the 35mm. I fact I think 90% of my photos where taken with that combo. It's a great camera, watch lots of YouTube videos on not just photography but your camera model and you'll be off before you know it. The most important thing...

    Nikon remote

Just given it a try and it doesn't work with video, I maybe wrong but you have to flick the live view button before you can press the video button, so it might not be possible with most remotes? Also would you still need to be near the camera for focusing anyway? ( I don't shoot video so forgive...
