I am not a fan of deep blacks in my work, as in real life we rarely see true black its always lighter shades of etc...
Thanks for the comment though also it may be the different screens we are viewing it on that effects the deepness of the blacks

Fair points by various people, but unfortunately I was unable to compose the shot with a story behind it but surely its kinda obvious whats happening, I was unable to get a Palestinian flag in it, an Israeli flag and an Israeli soldier maybe with a settlement in the background and the wall...
really nice images, I walked the railway lines for about ten miles through the city, sitting drinking tea with local people, photographing them and chatting with little or no language, amazing people.
