Not sure if you there is something similar for Capture One, but there are plugins that let you use MIDI controllers with lightroom (i use a Behringer BCF2000)
If you have been asked to stop by the person being photographed or it is obviously causing them distress but you carry on regardless, could that then be classed as harassment?

what other setting are you using? Aperture, lens, focal length?
Personally I only have Raw's in my catalog and export to jpg as and when they are needed these jpgs then get deleted once they've been delivered to the client, if I need them again I just re export from the Raw, don't see the point in having a fixed jpg sitting around clogging up the system when...
I wouldn't have thought changing the casing of a lens from metal to carbon fiber would make that much of a difference when surely the majority of a lenses weight is the glass

If your on facebook have a look for Tenderden Photography Group seems to be quite a friendly little group sure they have the occasional meet up, I know it's not a camera club as such but still worth a look.
To the people with dust in the front element are you guys using filters, don't some canon lenses need filters fitted to be fully weather sealed (not sure if this is the case with the 100-400 mk2)
