I'm a newcomer to photography just used to point and shoot with a basic digital camera.. I was bought a digital slr for Xmas and want to take it further and learn to take "proper" photos.

Main hobby is my car.. Modifying, driving and attending shows..

I was recommended to join the site by a member of my car forum..

I'm open to any hints/tips and advice and I'm willing to learn :D
