As many have said, save the money and learn to do it yourself. Within 5 minutes of it being "professionally" cleaned it could be grotty again.

Many thanks for commenting everyone! Good job I shot this image in RAW as I had to recover some blown highlights (and some clipped shadows) and if I had shot in JPEG my white balance was still set to tungsten so everything would have been a bit blue. Additionally, the water would be showing...
