im not sure if this is the correct section to post this but just wanted some views on this site as i have never used them before been looking at some of there stuff and theres a few things i would like to order but before i did i mainly wanted to find out about the compact cards as i know often there seems to be fake ones around other than those im happy to try the site out for what else i would be buying
 
I've bought all sorts batteries and cards from them over the years and all of it has been 100% genuine.

Sadly, their customer service has always been very poor when I've had to contact them. I once waited over a week for an item to be delivered, despite me paying the extra for their priority despatch service. I needed the gear for an upcoming trip and got sick of waiting so contacted them via their "contact us" page. Only then was I told the item was out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving my item. Another week went by and I had to contact them again to ask where my refund was. I was told three working days, but it took 7 working days. Took the best part of a month to end up back where I started. Very poor service.

Never been back to their site since.
 
Had issues with own brand schc cards - customer service was first class replacement/store credit arranged very promptly.

Have purchased lots of other things incl sandisk cards etc but not so much recently once they did away with the free post.
 
Used them a lot and never had any problems.
 
Used them quite a few times over the years. Customer service are a bit slow to respond - in the unlikely event of a problem....

Only used them once - order came very quickly but unfortunately they had not sent the items I had ordered. Customer Service were not helpful land my refund took quite a while!
 
First class service. Used them loads. Indeed just had a load of rechargeable batteries delivered recently. The 7 day shop canon equivalent batteries work great. The 7 day shop CF card are great too. I am now a regular user.
 
used them quite often, had good fast customer service from them. i think they moved there main/some of the storehouse from offshore to mainland, so postage is abit quicker now than a few years ago
there also on quidco and topcashback
 
Used them once, one item I had ordered arrived faulty. Returned it (at my cost) and was promised a replacement which didnt arrive, then another, and another which didnt arrive either. eventually got a refund, took an age though. Customer service attitude was poor. Wasn't impressed, wont use them again.
 
Never had a problem with them so can't comment on customer service. Delivery wasn't the quickest but was acceptable. I'll be using them again.
 
Been using them for years and spent hundreds of pounds with them, always great service and never any problems.

Used them since before they were called 7dayshop. Used to order 100's of rolls of 35mm and medium format for uni photo club. Have since bought loads of items over 10 years or so. Only had to return 1 item.
 
No problems with any of the many things I've bought from them apart from a USB hub which was cr*p and which they refunded without any hesitation.
