We bought a house at xmas and have spent the last 4 months learning DIY.
Some before and after shots of two rooms completed

Wife hand painted the Jacobs murial

what do we all think (not the quality of the shots, but the improvement of the rooms)





 
That bathroom looks 110% better, why the chuff would anyone want to fit a shower unit in the middle of the room in the 1st place? the mural is nice too,although not my cuppa to be honest.
 
The bathroom certainly look a lot better for it, and excellent work on the mural. Bet your son loves the mural.

You only like it because of all the gob shots ;)

No in all seriousness some great work has been done there, really wish I'd done a time lapse of our kitchen renovation last year

yeah Jacob loves his wall.
bathroom still needs ceiling covered and new light.
ill post pictures of living room when its done. Wood panel walls so not to everyones taste i suspect.

wife drew murial free hand as well. Took weeks between working and looking after a 15 month old.

got the diy bug now :)
 
yeah i know pal, but i got a superb Worksop full of power tools. Kids with toys........
