Hi All,

Think we can get this thread back on track, everyone can have an opinion and droj obliviously feels the need to air his on our thread, we have no problem with that however we also do not have to agree with his opinion, we love printing on canvas and it is a great way of displaying photo's etc just like framed prints, acrylics, metals, dibond etc.... Everyone has there favourites and their dislikes..... So on that note and with us being all about positivity we feel the need to put a smile on peoples faces with some discount!

I was at first worried when i see the packaging had been damaged but as it was wrapped in:)

I'd like to echo others pleasure in dealing with TCP.

I'd placed an order sunday night and obviously mis-measured the dimensions of what i wanted to print. Monday morning around 9:30 i had a call to let me know that it was more of a pano image than what i had selected in my sizing and they suggested a new size that would be more appropriate. Image was printed and dispatched same day, and received the following day.

Quality is top notch, image is clear and crisp, even for a canvas. Colours are great and really pleased overall.

Perfect service overall can't fault anything!

Not sure how much online dealing they do but a better website/ordering service would be nice as i could imagine it puts a few people off, but i'll definitely be back.
 
I would like to say a huge thank you to Ben from TCP for my first Landscape Canvas.
Although I took the image, it thanks to Ben that I now have it presented is such a professional way
that I can now hang it for other family members to enjoy.
TCP provide a super first class service and take great care to make sure that our orders arrive quickly and safely.
Ben makes time for his clients and no question goes unanswered. Not many have your super customer care approach Ben so thank you!

will be trying these this week after reading the reviews and endorsements on here, makes searching for some place worth while a lot easier.
 
It's been a while since I sent a file off for canvas printing, can you conform Ben that the 2" blurred edge is added by your software and I don't need send an image thats +2" around.

Also, do you resize to suit yourselves or is that done prior to upload?

I'm thinking of a 4ft tall canvas of this image done

Hi Eduardo,

We can handle all aspects of re-sizing so no need to worry on that front, we will also add the border type of your choice.... so no need to for you to add anything, we try and keep things easy for ordering and for our clients.

You'll not be disappointed. Also if you order a size/ border that doesn't suit Ben emails you to suggest other options!

Ah well nice to see that Droj is alive and kicking...again

I have used TCP for quite a few orders now and they are to quality. I recently did a group photograph of around 200 people, 4 off 48" x 36" canvas prints,the detail on the faces is outstanding.

I take it its all unbranded ?

What's the difference between the "classic" and "premium" range. Has anyone ordered both and can tell the difference?

Hi, Everything that leaves us is totally unbranded whether you select your own address or for us to deliver 'white label' to a client of yours.

We've been brain storming and developing some ideas over the past few days and Glen a team member loves Instagram! He came up with these great little "mini-canvas" the photo's are from his Instagram and the size of the mini canvases 4"x4", 5"x5", 6"x4" & 7"x5" lends themselves perfectly to printing instagram photos.

What's your thoughts?

Quite a cool idea Ben , not sure what the uptake would be on them though due to the small size . John .
