I found it tough going at first, but once I got into it properly, I really enjoyed it. I remember reading Salems Lot many years ago, and it was the same sort of thing (not story wise), but a tough start/slow burner. Ultimately ended up really loving that one.

Pest control with air rifle, shotgun and Madge (Patterdale Terrier)

That's what i quite like, being able to adapt to suit budget but still get the results...i'm going to try..:)

I loved stephen Kings IT.. but it was many many many years ago.. i nearly got it the other week to read again, i'll have to search my boxes and see if i still have it, it will be interesting to see if i still love it as much as i did

Hobbies similar to Mr Brash, although I neither fish (other than once a year for the pot while on holiday [boat trip]) nor play Saxophone. Have relatively recently started enjoying driving again and also get pleasure from a throbbing object (or 2!) powering up and down between my knees as I'm riding my motorcycles (one at a time.) Pottering in the garden keeps me (what passes for) sane and the cat helps keep that sanity balanced. I love looking at maps and planning trips - some of which I even manage to go on! Old maps I find fascinating.

I sew. I make most of my daughters clothes and PJ's for my son. Occasionally I make something for myself.

Me too. I have never understood why a right handed person should hold a fork in the left hand. If I am moving a metal pointy thing near my face, I want to do it with my good hand. And we use our right hands to eat with a spoon so why should a fork be different?

Is now a good time to point out that as a bassist I don't consider myself a musician but I have hung around with some!!!
 
hmmm quite a few for fishing/playing instruments (of the musical variety!) / ham radio /reading / walking / cycling

and I have got them all on my list, although I haven't done any (sea) fishing for a good 20 years and ham radio never got further than building them in the 90s

currently I amuse myself with the following:

knitting & crochet
jewelry making
collecting monopoly sets (rarely find anyone to play with though)
travelling

on my list of things to start I have:

build my own triking (then take it to shows n auto tests n hill climbs)
build a teardrop trailer
scuba diving
dinghy sailing

just need more time *sigh*

aries and mostly right handed although I play guitar, deal cards, and eat left handed

I tend to have obsessions rather than hobbies. Current obsession is painting and drawing.

Previous obsessions include fly fishing, reading science fiction and cycling.

Music and History are constants though. History of popular music ticks all the boxes, including my obsession with achieving the best possible sound from my hi-fi for minimal cost.

Can you tell us the relevance of the dominant hand and star sign data? Obviously on it's own, it's just going to end up with 1/12 of us in each star sign and whatever the normal ratio of of left to right handedness is.

How does it fit in in the context of our hobbies?
