2014 Photo52 Challenge : Week 52 : Support

Oh well that's me free for a while, have a massive catchup to do, 4 if my memory serves me right, Sharp, Promise, Pure and Sparkle. Ok camera out, thinking cap on, not had a chance to look at anyone else's photographs so if I come up with the same idea I will apologise right now. Hope to have at least a couple of them put up by the end of the week.
 
Oooffff not posted yet. I had an idea for today so booked half days leave. ... Then the weather changed. Might be PABD.

Anyway. ..i want circle or line or square as the next theme :)

What about taking a picture of Sloane Square tube station on the Circle Line and post it anyway next week?
 
'Tis indeed. However, I'm neither in my garden, nor with drink in-hand. I'm waiting for Mrs pjm1 to return to that we can get ready to go out (kids being babysat - huzzah!)

Only downside to this wonderful plan is everything is contingent upon us making the 1737 train. And Mrs pjm1 is not yet home and has certainly not readied herself for going out. I think we might be having dinner in tonight, avec les enfants...

Don't start me on EE being naughty... Just make sure all your shots are taken and edited and then you just have the posting to do when you get back online. :)

Right, Mrs DK and I are off away for a couple of days, back Thursday night, hopefully with 2 or 3 shots giving me yet another catch up, will be taking my tablet, but doubt I'll get a chance to do any comments... but you never know, catch you all soon :)

Dunno - could be worse. I completely misread the thread title and though this week's theme was "challenge". That had me stumped...

Everything from street photography, product shots, landscapes incorporating phone lines and even group portraits could work here. It's actually a massively wide-ranging theme... doesn't make it easier to choose a subject though!

Well... okay, I had a great break, no little blue tablets invoved thank you Alan :D and I didn't get on the forum once... I guess I should be thinking that is a good thing, but it's good to be back and back to normal.... which for me is still manic :D

Who chose this bIoody theme !!! - could have been worse I guess :)

'ello, just had a look over my last few submissions and have to say comments have really dried up :thinking:

Just had a look at the spreadsheet and 11 for Fall, we'll be in single digits at this rate. @ week 36 last year we still had 24 entries.

What's the Bobby Moore folks??

Yes, definitely fewer people checking back in - or at least posting either images or comments. However, there's a rump of over half a dozen or so of us still at it commenting more or less every week. I'll be honest and say that I've stopped (or at least pretty much stopped) commenting on a couple of posters' threads when I've never received a single comment back since starting. That might be a bit selfish, but it means I can give the rest of you more of my time. I also realise I've been posting at a fairly furious frequency over the last few weeks, which perhaps puts some people off commenting a bit.

But, a big thumbs up to @posiview , @alsjazzera , @susiejb , @overbez , @blondie606 , @d00d , @superpippo , @Crtm . And judging by the last couple of weeks, a few of the regular contributors (@Dark Knight , @Delta Skies , @Phil-D ) may well have been away - I know DK certainly has. So that makes a round dozen of us still going strong and there are a small handful who drop in and out periodically, doing a few comments here and there which is understandable given it's just a bit of a laugh, really.

A few seem to have dropped off the radar (at least commenting-wise) though - and also from memory seem to be posting on their threads less: are you still with us, @Judi , @Pinkbikerbabe , @Tango32 , @Greengo , @XenosElaine ? I think I've seen some posts from at least the last two recently and think Elaine has also had (yet another :D!!) holiday fairly recently.

Let's keep at it folks and push each other over the next few weeks. We're at the 2/3rds point more or less, which is always going to be where some start to lose the will a bit.
 
Apologies from me... have some pics on my camera that I need to upload... fell behind there for a week or so... going to catch up this week... will also try and comment on everyones photos...
