Yes
Anyone watching?

Lord Sugar tweeted last night that Stephen will be back to his best tonight after his silence in the last task.

Can't wait! :D

I enjoy it, albeit with some frustration as well.

I actually quite like Stephen. He was spot on and shouted down and then blamed by the bunch of muppets.

Never seen it. If it's anything like any other so called 'reality show' it'll be a load of contrived b****x imo.

I think we all know by now that they're selected for their entertainment value rather than for their business nous.

So no value at all then :)

I like it but god is it cringe worthy. Is the business world really like that? Its like a school playground... worse even lol
No it's not.

indeed - if i were their manager i'd fire the lot of them for lack of proffesionalism and general f***wittery

Business partner, the title is so outdated!

The sweet fella has definitely taken his eye off the ball.

Unfortunately this is a great window into the business world. Arrogance is a virtue. Lieing is an asset.
I wouldn't employ any of them as they do not understand the game and can't work as a team. The 1st rule is not to be in the losing team. The second rule is to all work together to ensure you are not in the losing team. Only the people in the losing team need to stand out as achievers. Working on this, they all expect to lose as they all want to stand out.

I can't buy a Sugar product after having an Amstrad & Elonex PC. Biggest pile of silicone trash since french boob implants

I can't think of a way of expressing my hatred of this programme without coming across as a knob.

I know I'm a knob, just don't want to advertise the fact.:)

I just hope not too many young people watch it and conclude that is the way to behave to succeed in business.

i want to give them all a swift sharp dose of reality slap!

I'm sure people only watch it to see people make total arses of themselves....Well, that's my excuse.
I certainly wouldn't follow any of them, other than out of curiosity.

Surely that is the only reason anyone watches ANY of the so-called reality TV programmes (although even calling them "reality" shows is a bit of a misnomer, isn't it?)

:agree: Along with the rest of the "reality" shows that are currently doing the rounds, I can't watch them without getting on my nerves.

I find the concept of The Apprentice a bit difficult to swallow knowing that it is being hosted by the same person who took over Sinclair and produced the Spectrum 128 right at the tail end of the '80's, only for it to fade away into obscurity a few months later as cassette-based 8-bit technology was starting to look aged by that point (even the disk drive version couldn't save it due to the total lack of software support). So, you would have thought that someone with good business savvy would have seen that coming. And of course, there was the Amstrad e-m@iler :puke: . . . enough said. So, with all that to mind, if Sir Alan Sugar is younger and in the contestant's shoes, he would have got "fired" a long time ago.

(Mind you, his company did make quite awesome cheap "stacking" Hi Fi systems, along with half decent budget word processors). :D
