Thanks Mandy/Paul kind words as always.
Its taken me 48 weeks to realize my problem with this challenge has been too many catch ups. I should have quit at week 12. :(

Any how onto the next and final catch up.
 
Energy - fits the theme, I did a shot of our meter last year, 30 second exposure with boiler running full, gives some movement blur in the last digits..

Round, fantastic idea, and well executed. Flipping it over works a treat.

Nonsense, lovely shot with the warm colours coming from the candle flame. "Nonsense" may be a bit contentious depending on who you talk to, but I like the image.

But star of the show is the shot of your lovely dog in his(?) extravagant collar. First is better for me due to the absense of the flare / reflection, and he(?) has a great expression, very regal, looking straight down the lens. No need for the second one here, it doesn't offer (me) anything the first doesn;t have. Love the BG of the tree and the presents. Thats the sort of shot you;ll look back on one day (hopefully not anytime soon) and cherish with a smile.

I'm miles behind here ... hope I can get away with saying ... great selection of images.

I particularly like the Barometer brill idea for "CHANGE", the "HALF" of beer (y)

Cheers Graham/David glad you like. But Graham "contentious" I'm not sure what you mean :whistle: its just the word nonsense from a book with a pretty candle :naughty:.

As for the dog it was 50/50 and you weren't sure yes its a she but she looks so much like a male with the beard.
And extravagant works twice as we have never paid so much for a bloody mongrel we paid less for our other dog who is a pedigree dog. But she is the best photography model I have.

I thought the word and the candle just did enough to not cause offence if anyone was to be offended. Not that i was trying to offened anyone honest. ;)

Not the best 2 images to finish with but its what i wanted to end with when i saw week 52 was support so a couple of poor mobile phone snaps from today.

Support. Someones got to. My dad says its character building to support ........ I say its been child abuse to make me watch for 38 years.
