Need advice on Nikkor 18-300 lens.

Hi. Can any of the Nikon experts out there help me out please? I'm seriously interested in getting a used Nikkor 18-300 to use as my 'grab and go' lens but I've seen two advertised with different descriptions..

1) 18-300 F3.5-6.3 G ED VR AF-S DX

2) 18-300 F3.5-6.3 VR ED X

Is this a case of simply a mis-description or are they different lenses, and if so what's the difference? For info, the second lens is advertised at £30 more than the first lens.

There is only one version so its the same lens. Second one looks like they ran out of space for letters!
 
That is not quite right. There are two versions of this lens, the older Nikkor 18-300mm f/3.5-5.6G AF-S ED VR DX and newer Nikkor 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3G AF-S ED VR DX II. The newer one seems to be a lot lighter than the older one by about 300 grams. No idea what the IQ is like as I've not used either.
