Does anyone have experience of using both the Hitech Firecrest and the Nisi filter holder system (100mm) that includes the polariser?

So Lee, Nisi and Heliopan filters seem to be the dogs when it comes to quality, I can't afford those so have gone with Cokin P Series with regular ND's and Grads as well as a polarizer.
Are Cokin considered an inferior brand/quality?
