The IR effect would work well here as you have a lot of trees that will give that beautiful colour of IR. My first question is whether you have shot this with an IR filter attached, PP'd the effect or have a dedicated IR camera?

The blue effect you have here can be overcome using photoshop, so that you can draw other colours out. Have a go at cloning out that dust on the sensor too, it will make a massive difference.
