1st attempts with a Haida 10 stop.

Had an hour to kill so id thought id have a try with my Haida 10 stop, overall im pretty pleased with how they came out. Composition wise there's room for improvement.

For a 1st attempt you have done good. The movement in the water is good. How many seconds did you do?

Thanks Graham, Off the top of my head 40 seconds - a minute ish.

Imo not too bad. maybe for composition you could have moved so the pipe is not central. Try it with maybe the pipe entering bottom corner going towards top Centre.
Keep it up and your on a winner.

That may be a little difficult Graham lol, i was standing on it and roughly 4 foot off the ground, thanks for commenting.

The central pipe is what makes it, belting lead in, great exposure and depth and processing.

But 1 is better, the prespective is better and the horizon looks straight, in 2 it looks off

Really like the first one, really nice. I got a Haida 10 after reading a thread about them last year but I have to admit I've just not got around to used it yet.

LOL - just seen this. I was down there yesterday, hoping for a sunrise and ended up using my Haida 10 stopper too. Small world
