20D problem(now sorted)

Hello all, i have a problem with my 20D. When i try to use it in shutter priority(TV) the settings stick on 13" and the smallest aperture! When it starts up it goes straight to these settings. It only happens in TV all the other settings eg AV,M,P work ok and can be adjusted where necessary.
The settings will not adjust on either control wheel, and it happens whatever lens i attach. I've tried removing the battery and this has made no difference.
I cannot think if i have altered anything in the menu settings as i dont venture in there very often.
I'm hoping that its something i've done and theres an easy fix:shrug:
Can anyone help?

No one offer a suggestion to what the problem may be? Other than its knackered! Guess i'll have to skip the TV setting from now on then.

Just to let people who may have a similar problem with their camera know that i have cured my problem by resetting the camera settings in the menu program.
This may be of use to someone in the future.
