Composition wise, I think you've got it right. However, the grey non-descript clouds just ruin it for me.

I do like the minimalism and sense of scale in this shot - halo around the pier is pretty distracting though. Sorry, some crit may have snuck in there!

BarryG. Sorry if i sounded like i have the arse..i don't It's just that if someone want's crit there's a button to press asking for it when uploading which precedes the title in the list in the landscape thread.

I don't conform to this or that being right. Images like music is subjective but everyone does have their opinion i guess.

I find it odd that someone would post images online, but not be interested in what other people think.
