I am not sure Paul myself. Lovely captures but 1 and 3 look a little soft on the eye to me.

I see what you mean Rich I think I am getting closer to getting decent shots now than I was before. These were all hand held and at 500mm on my Sigma, so I'm pretty happy with them

there cracking pictures mate. a little soft but like you said,hand held.
I would be chuffed.

Have you sharpened them at all? Just a tiny bit and they'd look pin sharp I reckon!

Nice capture of a hen house sparrow especially as they are hand held , just need a touch more sharpening
