I took a ton of these too as I normally enjoy Britcar but for some reason it left me a bit cold when I reviewed them - got pretty much the same kinda thing as you have posted, just didn't excite me.

I think with a bit more direct sun on the Friday the colours would have come up a bit, both yours and mine looked a bit washed out
