abandoned idaho

old school in idaho. taken during a vacation to the tetons a few years ago. by the time we crossed the mountains those clouds turned into storms and fog which turned to snow when the temperatures dropped. so we never actually saw the eastern side of the tetons that trip, but we still had a good time.

Like this a lot, the golden tones of the grasses contrast beautifully with the cool tones of that sky. Nice capture.

The colour shot is definitely the better of the two. It's the light and soft tones in the colour that makes it that bit special
