Air Race!

[Inglesias]

I took these at the Red Bull Air Race in Ascot around 1 month ago and finally got them off of my camera.

Weather was strange, it looked like it would rain very heavily at any minute, then blazing sun and then back to dark skies again - luckily it remained both warm and dry but proved interesting from a photographic point of view with such variable conditions.

Purely in the interests of trying to help, I'm going to be a bit picky...

In the bike ones, the roofs in the background are too intrusive but you were probably restricted in where you could shoot from so did the best you could.

In the 'plane ones, a slightly slower shutter speed would give a bit more prop blur. In the B&W Spitfire one, a slightly tighter crop could put the side roundel on the lower left third intersection and still leave the aircraft some room to fly into. The 2 racers are a little too tightly cropped IMO and could do with a little space in front of them.

Looks like you had a good day for it, despite the threatening skies!
