Airbus 380 "the whale"

was at my local hotel and managed to catch the Emirates 380 take from Glasgow Airport and fly past the Normandy Hotel , on its way to Dubai.The paint job is like a explosion on colour.

I was down at the river and I saw it on approach Thursday, first time I've seen that livery at Glasgow.

Wow, I have a friend who is mad about A380's at the moment and trying to track them at high altitude as they pass so would love to see something like this.
