at that time of the year its fairly dry, warm during the day and there are internet cafe's up here in some of the villages
in a recent council meeting in the valley we were trekking up the government offered a better road...or a mobile mast
they took the mobile mast
:)
no snow at this level though...about 11,000 feet
 
Lovely shot, beautiful scenery..I really want to visit there..I know a few people have been and all say it's breathtaking scenery.
