Annings have been around forever, I worken in the photo trade as a suppler for 25+ years and never heard a bad word said about them.
 
All I can add is that Annings has been there since I were a lad and that's 25-30 years at least. It's a small shop, tucked away, and not one I'd really thought of checking out for anything really, but I've not heard of any reasons not to use them and tbh it would be good to support a small indie shop.
