At last male pheasant

Ive been trying for many year's to get some good detail on the m pheasant head, and today at work I did.
I was meant to be getting the wren but no joy with that, so I topped up the feeder, and as I was walking back, he was there in the nettles acting strange as if to call the females walking around not running a mile

I still would like to get closer, not to crop but this is good enough.

Thanks folks, I must have been lucky on that day as Ive not seen a male since. I was going to go back sat morning and do some extreme 1200mm shot but I surpose that will have to wait.
