I have to adit something when posting this, it was a complete fluke. I happened to be sitting on some steps outside of a beach house with my 300mm f/4.0 on my camera when this little guy whirred past and managed to catch two shots before he whizzed away. Right time, right place, right equipment. Three things that rarely align together.

Shutter speed was a little too low (1/160), but it came out sharp enough for me to be happy with (at full size there is a slight blurring)
