I really like this. I know its a cliched shot but the tones are excellent and the length of the pier just adds to the grandeur

I know that these shots are done a lot but (as above) the length and angle of the pier really makes the composition (for me) and love the tones and contrast

Must get round to using my ND filters at some point .............

I was thinking of a square crop but I've gone off them.

Some people will say it's yet another long exposure shot, but I like it as a minimalist image, nice tones in the water and sky. I would crop a little off the bottom, to bring the peir more into the corner of the image, more of a letter box crop.
