My first post on here since getting my 500d for xmas.

Any tips would be appreciated...... totally new to this.

A great dog!

#1 I would like to see the eyes more sharply in focus.
#2 is a tight crop to his head; the shot would look better with more space for him to look into.

Thanks i was messing about with setting earlier i think this one may have been on auto.
It was so bloody cold though!!!!

he's a good looking lad. I have 2 bullys both males aged 7 and 4 also in red and white, 30kg each.

I have been taking pics of them recently mainly head shoots laying down on a white sheet. We sent a few off to have printed on canvas for the hall.

1st pic would have been nicer is off centre to right and tighter cropped.

2nd pic again tighter crop, looks like he was keeping an eye on you.

Head shots are great with a bully lots of expression and wrinkles, They can be very stubborn so posed shots are very hard to pull off.
