Best not to chip bits odd like in #2. #1 us too centrally composed but think it may be the best you can get with plant leaning left and butterfly looking right.

#3 looks spot on to me.

It's a great set of shots though exposure and sharpness being ace.
 
#1 I quite like :)
#2 As mentioned already, chopping a little bit off is never good because it looks accidental. If you cut off half of the subject because you're focused on a particular part like the eyes then it's ok but missing little bits like that is just distracting.
3# This is good but I find the bit of leaf at the bottom. Some good Photoshop skills could remove that but it would be a bit difficult in Lightroom
