I think the inclusion of the foreground makes 1 my favourite.

Of the two without foreground - the landscape version seems better balanced.

Yes it's 3 for me, stunning reflections. I think 3 has a nice balance for me, then 1.

In my opinion the foreground looks a bit "fake" in no 1. Those rocks just kind of look like "foreground interest" when none is really needed.
