Cascading canal water

Canal water cascading over and down the side... 18-55mm @ 55mm, ISO 200, f/11, 1/6 sec (second pic is 1/10 sec). B&W in Photoshop + High Pass filter for sharpening. Thanks for looking. C&C appreciated.

They are almost there as abstracts. Might be worth trying them as monos of a single colour instead of grey or something

I really like these. Very dramatic and the mono format looks great. The second one looks almost like a macro shot of fur!

Great shots. I like the second one best as it is easier to work out what is going on at the bottom of the frame.

Very clever! Would not have thought about a composition like this myself. As Robert said, quite abstract and they'd work really well in mono and perhaps with a contrast boost too
