Critique Chaffinch used to test settings on my new D500

Hi Steve not sure what C&C you want as you mentioned settings but no detail?
The bird is nice and sharp the only thing I would say is the crop (if cropped) is a bit tight and generally the bird needs room in the frame towards the way it is looking, of course sometimes this is not possible.......just my humble thoughts

Thanks for taking time to comment, yes I agree more space would be good. Unfortunately there was a tree to the right and bush to the left.
Nikon d500 with spot focus and exp. Nikon 500mm PF at f5.6 1/1250th and auto iso = 720 HH

A little more room underneath it also, you clipped it's tail, but other than that it's a great picture.
