Chester zoo anteater

Hi went to see the tiger cubs with the missus last week but they were hiding so she suggested going to the anteaters
We got lucky they were both out and really active I've not seen them like that before
He was a bit big to get him all in but I managed one shot of each end and made a pano
very pleased its the first reasonable shot of one that I've got and a tortoishell butterfly too!

Yes they are very shy and very odd
I was also surprised how big they are when I first saw them
They do just come out occasionally just got lucky

I have looked quite a few times over the last month or so and not seen them maybe the warmer weather is tempting them out
