Chester zoo Jaguar

one of my favourite cats at the zoo , Inca the black Jaguar from yesterday at Chester zoo
was having camera problems yesterday, R5 kept locking up, changed memory card, seemed to be ok afterwards
she went up the tree looking for her lunch

She looks like she's looking AT what she wants for lunch!!!

They have a "normal" Jaguar at Dartmoor Zoo and he is definitely perusing a mental menu when there's a group of school children watching him.

Yes see what you mean she’s looking directly at me can see her thinking
The tigers normally don’t notice people when they are there but the jaguars definitely do

The tigers at DZP seem to barely notice people (other than those in green sweatshirts, close to feeding time!)

Inca is a beautiful animal and she's been well shot to catch the subtle rosettes.
