Maybe a bit too much roundabout for me, when it is really the old building that's the interesting part. I'm not a big graffitti fan, but that writing on the wall must be pretty big and could usefully be a bit more prominent. Maybe you have a closer shot of the building? Lack of sky detail is a pest, but more so in mono shots unfortunately.

I like the, seemingly, modern roundabout juxtapositioned with the old building, it adds some interest. But, I think I might have preferred just the building, its looks to have enough character to stand on it's own merit.

I like the contrast of old and new, shame about the lack of detail in the sky but a great shot none the less
