Clouds Question

This was an amazing sight. Fluffy cloud with those whisper/streak clouds over it. Never seen anything like it.

First of all has anyone seen this before?
Second, is there a name for it?

Looks like the entrance to the pearly gates.

I think the large cloud is cumulous and the wispy clouds are cirrus.

There's a very similar picture in 'The Cloudspotter's Guide' which is described as a 'Cumulus cloud with crepuscular rays emanating from behind'.
