Love the diagonal composition and the blue against the green almost sums Glasgow up! ;)

Excellent (y)

Cheers all √

The green shape is very dynamic. The crane is very dominating, I would almost prefer a shot without it.
My thoughts were contrasting the austerity of Glasgow's working class Industrial Past with the reinvented, dynamic and hedonistic image of the city today.

Love the diagonal composition and the blue against the green almost sums Glasgow up! ;)
Cheers Peter. Never thought of the pic in those terms, but like the idea of the two sides of the city united by a common industrial past.

A very nice shot, shame about the crane. How about a portrait crop of the right hand side?

Hi marctwo and Steve. Guess it's just a matter of personal taste and interpretation - Cheers √

Cheers Jim √

I can tell from the composition (and possibly the pp) that your the Air Duct guy..do you up the saturation?

Robin
Hi Robin, Indeed I am "the Air Duct guy."
In PP I generally adjust the saturation to what I feel suits the scene, so I guess the answer to your question is - Yes.
Cheers.
